The Omnitech Electronics HVFM-2516 is a form-fit-functional replacement for the Total EMC VIC201 Transient Filter. The HVFM-2516 provides protection and filtering for the EMC transients typical of switched power seen in submarine applications, especially where size constraints are an issue.
The HVFM-2516 uses a multi-stage 2-line format that provides excellent suppression in the 10 kHz - 200 kHz range where switched-mode power supplies tend to operate. The rugged filter construction withstands all required temperature, shock and vibration requirements and is housed in a stainless-steel enclosure.
